The Growing Importance of Community Foundations in the UK
“In this white paper from Church House, readers can gain a real insight into how community foundations have emerged, their strengths and where they fit into the wider charity sector. I believe this is a valuable resource for charity professionals and a great way of building awareness amongst those interested in donating to support their local community”

Engaging with charity and other professionals to better understand their needs
In a rapidly changing world, it is important to stay in touch.
We sponsor and attend events in order to meet and listen to the people responsible for running charities and administering trusts on a daily basis. Plus, we ourselves run seminars to share the latest from the world of investing and to help charities and trustees identify opportunities to optimise their invested assets.
We use a variety of means to help promote the campaigns of our Charity clients and relationships. Examples include blogs, sponsorship, social media posts and, in the case of local initiatives, making content available in our offices.
Working with STEP members
Sponsors of the STEP West of England branch
As long-time STEP supporters, we recognise the value it adds to professional service providers. Our role as sponsors of the South West branch ensures we play an active role in the organisation. This engagement with STEP has helped us form many successful relationships with solicitors and others, allowing us to partner with them to help more families and trustees put successful investment management strategies in place.
